Each manufacturer has a warranty policy for their products. PhunZone customers must understand and accept that such warranty policies may differ for each manufacturer and we must abide by those warranties.

Whenever possible, the warranty policy is included with the product when it is shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand the limitations of the warranty. It is also the customer’s responsibility to complete and return any warranty registration form which may be offered by manufacturer(s).

In most cases, warranty issues will be settled directly between the customer and the manufacturer and there is no further involvement by PhunZone.
